Air Vent Safe
Hiding your valuables behind a fake set of books or in a pillowcase under your mattress is played and cliché. It’s probably also safe to say that anywhere you would hide your things is where a thousand other people in your area would do the same. Better yet, how good are you at losing your valuables? Many can relate to the drama of hiding all of your most treasured things in a safe, all to eventually lose the damn key.Someone came up with the genius idea of hiding your stuff in a fake air vent – it’s essentially the last place any robber would look, especially if they were ganking your stash under time constraints. It’s pretty simple to install; you cut out a section of drywall and stick the compartment in it. To the outside world, it looks like just another air vent. It runs for about $260 bucks, plus a little extra if you don’t trust your carpentry skills and hire someone to install it for you. It’s okay, we won’t tell.
