Gin Lane - Bringing Sexy Back!
Gin Lane is a decadent indulgence in the lost art of dining. It is reminiscent of the 'good old days' of New York City, when one's social activity revolved around the restaurant. There was a time when we were gentleman and ladies, when we were excited by a full evening of a coursed dinner, drinks, and music. Gin Lane is not a meeting space or a thirty minute meal. It is an evolving experience colored by nostalgic libations, classic continental cuisine, and energetic service in a comfortable environment. With cocktails engineered by the illustrious mixoligist Dale Degroff, the culinary delights of Executive Chef Antonio Cordoso of the storied Plaza Hotel, we have created something special. Gin Lane is simple: it is a celebration of a specific social experience: a New York strip steak followed by a robust port, intensified by the sounds of a DJ spinning eclectic American classics, deep mahogany wood, and stimulating company.
In September, the intimate seven-table downstairs lounge (overseen by PM Alum) is sure to be the next place your asking us how to get into ;-)
