PartyGaming acquires EmpirePoker.com for $250 Million
"PartyGaming has taken a decisive step that consolidates their strong hold in online poker. In a $250m deal, Empire Online has agreed to sell EmpirePoker.com and other associated white label and affiliate agreements relating to AceClub.com and StarluckCasino.com to PartyGaming. This agreement concludes PG's skins strategy, which served them well in the early stages of development of PartyGaming.As a result of this agreement, the Empire Poker affiliate program has now joined PartyPartners.com, the online affiliate program run by PartyGaming Plc."
