"Dear Lauren,Besides the fact that you are a beautiful young woman living in New York City, what makes you an authority on these topics?
What type of research did you do?
Are you single?
Do you feel at times you were too general?
All in all a good read. Thanks. I am glad I unexpectedly found PimpWiz.com
Sincerely,

Lauren's Response:
Dear Details,
Besides the fact that I am a real woman with real experiences, I am no more of an "authority" than the next girl. The only difference between “the authority” (which is an ambiguous term), and me is that I write to have a discussion rather than a hold a lecture, and I write with honesty from what I have known to be true. The producers of Seinfeld had it right when they made a show that relayed humor through honesty and sheer reality. That is all I attempt to do.
In a way, speaking in general terms is really the only way to approach a mass diverse demographic and psychographic audience. The articles are meant to be a foundation for which one individual can find a part or two to relate to and then make their own story from there. The beautiful part about writing to such a vast group is that there is something for everyone, and everyone gets something.
The research I do is in living. Whether or not you consider me “the authority” is up to you, as that term finds connotation within the very people who believe in it and define it. I claim to be no one but who I am.." [Via PimpWiz.com]
