"You know it’s in there, you have seen it in her eyes. Somewhere beneath the Banana Republic cardigan, sometime when you were in your usual standard 15-minute fornicating position, you saw someone who exists within the girl you have come to know and appreciate. Someone you want to demean, in the nicest way possible, but demean, with all of the sexual tensions and fantasies you have had, and I know there are a lot. But you gotta start somewhere.

You may be thinking to yourself, how do I get her to un-tame herself, let her wild side roam free, and get this girl from wearing Banana to sitting on one? Well, here are a few ways to get that girl you once considered chic, to be the woman you have always wanted…your personal freak.

First and foremost, introduce her to herself. A girl who knows her body and feels comfortable approaching her own “goodies,” will be increasingly willing to meet different parts of you, and go beyond the usual “handshake” during the “meet and greet.” She has to be a good hook-up for herself before she can be that for anyone else. Encourage her to explore her own geography, the hills, the valleys. Talk to her…woman have incredible imaginations…and like to hear what you want to do, what you think about doing, what you think about her (only the good stuff of course). She will find herself thinking more about sex, her own body and you, you, you. Make her feel hot, sexy, tell her you love that deep down inside you know she thinks that about herself too. And that you want her to be satisfied before anything else (just say it, you don’t have to mean it). Inner confidence is key and in this case, the deeper it goes in her, as will you.

Take care of yourself. Recently, “metrosexual” has become a dirty word, but these cologne-splattered, gel-bearing Kenneth Cole worshipping guys have a lot of the right priorities when taking care of themselves. They smell clean, look sharp, and woman don’t mind getting closer to a man that has hands as soft as their own. You don’t need to spend hours in front of the mirror, but make the time spent getting ready matter. Pay attention to detail, make the belt match the shoes, don’t take clothes out of the hamper to wear out…she will notice everything, and attraction never hurt the male-cause. Women assume that a man who takes good care of himself will take very good care of her. And if you are bringing her back to your place, make the environment match the man. Make sure it’s organized and smelling fresh, and most importantly, change your sheets. You would be surprised how often women avoid hitting the sack, because of the Downey you lack (and unidentified stains).

Pay for it. No, she is not a hooker, but yes, women like to feel provided for, they want to feel like a lady. Take her to dinner (remember the rule in most cities, the darker the place, the trendier and usually more expensive but its worth it), buy her drinks, pay for parking, cabs, etc. The easier you make the beginning of the night for her, the easier she will be for you at the end. Even if you’re struggling financially, set some “booty” money aside. This account will be the fund that gets it done. And if you have any left over after a night of wining and dining her…buy her something sexy to wear on the next date, after the date that is. Victoria Secret has a purpose aside from providing you cheap thrills when you don’t feel like paying for porn. Buy her something to make her feel good, and she in return, will make you feel even better.

Listen to her. Not just when she is telling you how she wants it. Listen to her when she is telling you about her day, what she had for lunch, what her best friend heard from her sister’s cousin’s friend. Listen to it all. And tell her you’re listening by asking questions or going back through something she said. As painful as it may be to hear about the donut she ate and is now feeling guilty about, it’s worth it. Women respond to men who actively listen, and they will welcome you to get inside of them, figuratively and literally. Open her heart and her legs will follow.
